The Role

To assist the referral surgeons in the diagnosis and surgical management of referred cases. You will have an important role in the perioperative care of surgical cases under the supervision of the referral surgeons and will gain a lot of experience in all aspects of case management.

The position will particularly appeal to recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in referral surgery. Several of our previous interns have secured university residency positions and have published articles in peer-reviewed journals.

The position is full-time but there is no requirement for weekend work.The successful candidate will be keen and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and work effectively within a team of Vets and nurses.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will depend on experience (30-34k pa) plus 2,000 per year CPD allowance (5 days).
• Holiday entitlement 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
• Contributory pension and private medical care.
