Our client is reimagining how a practice works and putting their team at the centre of everything they do, as reflected in their expansion plans this year. They will have 5 consultation rooms, 2 theatres, and a dedicated recovery area. The practice runs 20-minute consults as standard and has protected days with no client contact to focus on patients and staff.

Full-time hours are 35 hours per week with dedicated office time and flexible early finishes or late starts available. As a growing practice, they are flexible with hours, accommodating compressed or part-time schedules. Additionally, there is no out-of-hours requirement, Sundays are off, and only the occasional Saturday, with time off in lieu, ensuring a healthy work/life balance.

About you:
