Job Description
You will have access to all of the excellent facilities including an operating theatre, X-ray machine, ultrasound machine, and dental machine, as well as the support of an established and welcoming team, keen to nurture your skills and help you develop and grow with the business.
You will be joining a team of 19, made up of 4 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 4 VCAs, 4 receptionists, and a practice manager and assistant practice manager.
They are led by a qualified veterinarian, who has been exclusively working with small animals for many years. They pride themselves on being a close team who place a strong emphasis on team empathy.
You, as a Veterinary Surgeon, will enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients, and you will be happy to support your fellow team members when necessary in this hands-on role.
They offer longer than average sick animal consultation slots to enable comprehensive work-up without excessive time pressure. Each vet has a day allocated to surgery so you can follow through cases.
The Role:
The role can be full-time or part-time. Our client team work varying patterns contributing to a 7-day schedule and this schedule can be agreed on to be mutually advantageous for both parties. As they are open 7 days a week, they would like someone who can contribute to a weekend schedule; however, this can be discussed at the interview.
