At a veterinary surgery, Our client offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic veterinary surgeons seeking a new challenge. The practice provides a convenient base for those commuting from nearby cities such as Manchester and Birmingham. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team comprising 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 receptionists, under the leadership of experienced partners. With a combined 37 years of veterinary experience, the partners prioritise creating a supportive environment where colleagues can thrive. Opportunities abound for professional growth, with scope to explore individual interests and specialisms, and to contribute to a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct veterinary consultations independently, demonstrating confidence and competence
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive veterinary care
- Manage and prioritise caseload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Contribute to practice operations, including administrative duties and team meetings
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree qualification
- Demonstrable experience in veterinary practice, preferably in a solo capacity
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to continuing professional development and willingness to pursue further qualifications
