You will have the chance to work on a variety of cases, with a significant portion of insured clients allowing for comprehensive case work-ups. They encourage the development of in-house skills and support professional growth to maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care to clients’ pets.
- Work on a variety of cases, leveraging the opportunity to fully work up cases.
- Collaborate with visiting specialists and develop in-house expertise.
- Participate in a fair weekend rota with time back in lieu.
- Maintain sole charge responsibilities when necessary.
- Engage in team activities, contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in small animal practice as a general practitioner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle sole charge responsibilities comfortably.
- Commitment to being a team player while also working independently.
