Registered Veterinary Nurse

Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and proactive Veterinary Nurse to join their team at a bustling and expanding practice established since late 2016.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team led by a Senior Vet and Joint Venture Partner. They will work alongside a skilled team of vets, nurses, and support staff, contributing to the commitment to providing top-notch care to patients. Nurses are integral to the service, running busy nurse clinics, overseeing in-patient care, and supporting vets in various aspects of their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Run nurse clinics and provide in-patient care
• Support vets in all aspects of their roles
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Monitor anaesthetics for a variety of procedures
• Embrace opportunities for career development and contribute to the practice’s growth

Requirements:

• Full-time role, 40 hours per week with a Saturday rota of 1 in 3
• Dynamic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to driving the nursing team forward and impacting the practice’s development
• Enjoyment of working in a supportive and fun team environment
