The existing vet team has a mixture of interests, including soft tissue surgery, orthopaedic surgery, internal medicine, and imaging. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects and cases, including exotic cases which account for less than 10% of their workload.

- Veterinary degree and relevant certifications
Benefits
- Competitive starting salary with annual reviews during the 2-year programme

Their award-winning, 2-year programme is designed by vets to give new graduates like you the best possible start to your practice career. You’ll train on the job with experienced Veterinary Partners and Practice Owners at a pace that works for you, in a location and culture that suits you. You’ll be supported from day one by a dedicated Vet GDP Advisor, as well as the graduate and clinical teams, and online by over 1,300 vets within their clinical community. Plus, you’ll have paid leave to attend tailored CPD events on various topics such as practical dentistry, surgery, radiography, dermatology, and cardiology.
As you build your confidence in caring for pets and their owners, you’ll grow your own client base and see continuity of cases with the support of your wider team. You will have a phased approach to sole charge, and better still, when you’ve finished the programme there’s a career waiting for you either with the practice you trained at or within their wider network.
If you seek a supportive, friendly, and professional environment where you can flourish, alongside a team that prioritizes mutual support, this role may be the perfect fit for you!
