We’re looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established veterinary practice.

Located near the A1, M1, and M18, and a short walk from Doncaster town centre, our client’s practice has recently expanded. We offer advanced facilities including a dental suite, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, and in-house laboratory. As a training practice, we support our nurses to fulfil their clinical potential with the assistance of Client Care Advisors, enabling nurses to lead clinics and perform procedures.

In this role, you’ll utilise your nursing skills in areas such as inpatient care, theatre work, and consultations. We value leadership, communication, organisational skills, and a dedication to maintaining high standards. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating Saturday shifts; part-time options can be discussed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care across all aspects including inpatient care, theatre duties, and nurse consultations.
• Lead and manage nurse clinics and perform Schedule 3 procedures.
• Support the daily operations of the practice to ensure excellent patient and client care.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of our team.
• Qualified and registered veterinary nurse with strong clinical skills.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, with a proactive approach to veterinary care.
