The successful candidate will join a supportive team comprising 2 Vets, 4 nurses, 10 VCAs, a dedicated reception team, and an experienced practice manager. They’ll contribute to a variety of projects in a recently revamped practice, featuring advanced facilities including 4 consult rooms, 2 theatres, a full in-house lab, and regular access to CT and other diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surgeries and medical procedures with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and diagnostic investigations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high clinical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong surgical and medical skills with a solid understanding of veterinary practices.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and support colleagues.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including potential weekends, with an understanding of the demands of veterinary practice.
