Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide clear updates and exceptional care to clients.
- Maintain professional excellence, adhering to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Prepare accurate, tailored treatment and care plans for patients, including cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers as needed.
- Support and share clinical best practices within the practice and the broader veterinary community.
Requirements:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills.
- Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Ability to support nurse consultations and manage procedures, understanding their impact on clinic performance and efficiency.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing colleagues to achieve their best.
