Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Provide outstanding client care, including clear updates on patient progress.
- Maintain professional excellence, adhering to the highest regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
- Prepare accurate and tailored treatment and care plans, including cost estimates.
- Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care when necessary.
- Proactively support and share clinical best practices within and across practices and the wider community.
Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
- Effective team player with strong clinical leadership skills.
- Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Skilled in supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures, with an understanding of how these contribute to clinic performance.
- Proficient in using coaching and influencing skills to optimise colleague performance.
