Our client is a vibrant and expanding veterinary group led by their Branch Partner. They are seeking a dedicated, attentive, and collaborative vet to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates on patient progress.
• Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
• Develop and implement accurate treatment plans with cost estimates.
• Mentor and support the team, leveraging their skills to maximise efficiency.
• Oversee patient handovers and ensure smooth transitions for out-of-hours or advanced care.
• Share clinical best practices within the practice and the broader community.

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Proven experience in providing exceptional patient and client care.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership capabilities.
• Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
• Ability to support nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, enhancing clinic performance.
• Skilled in coaching and influencing to maximise team potential.
