Job Description
Our client is a vibrant and expanding veterinary group led by their Branch Partner. They are seeking a dedicated, attentive, and collaborative vet to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates on patient progress.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Develop and implement accurate treatment plans with cost estimates.
- Mentor and support the team, leveraging their skills to maximise efficiency.
- Oversee patient handovers and ensure smooth transitions for out-of-hours or advanced care.
- Share clinical best practices within the practice and the broader community.
Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional patient and client care.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership capabilities.
- Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Ability to support nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, enhancing clinic performance.
- Skilled in coaching and influencing to maximise team potential.
