Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding client care, ensuring clear communication and updates regarding their pets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Prepare accurate treatment plans and provide transparent cost estimates.
  • Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and utilising them effectively.
  • Coordinate clinical handovers and manage patient transfers as needed.
  • Share and promote best clinical practices within and beyond the practice.

Requirements

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture and supporting nurse consults.
  • Skilled in using coaching and influencing techniques to achieve the best outcomes for colleagues and patients.
