Our client is a purpose-built, advanced RCVS-accredited small animal hospital dedicated to high-quality veterinary care. They are seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Practitioner to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, advanced practitioners, or specialists looking for a supportive environment, a varied caseload, and an opportunity to grow within an innovative veterinary hospital.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated multidisciplinary team where collaboration and mutual respect are core values. They will have opportunities to work across different specialties, such as Advanced Orthopaedics, Medicine, ECC, Exotics, Surgery, Imaging, Cardiology, and Ophthalmology, contributing to challenging and rewarding projects. This role offers a combination of clinical responsibility, professional development, and exposure to advanced equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to small animals within a busy hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with a team of 35 experienced professionals across various specialties.
  • Handle diverse cases, including advanced and emergency cases, second opinions, and referral work.
  • Tailor treatment plans to patient needs, ensuring the best outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous professional development tailored to your interests.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Veterinary Medicine (MRCVS).
  • Experience in small animal practice; recent graduates and specialists are welcome.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in developing skills in advanced areas or specialities.
