Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time vet to join a growing and thriving veterinary practice, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 (DOE, FTE). This is a great chance for someone to develop their career and contribute to the continued success of the practice.

They will work alongside experienced vets, providing exceptional care to the local community.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality care to patients
  • Contribute to consultations, surgeries, and general practice duties
  • Manage a manageable caseload with sole charge on Saturdays (1:3 rota)
  • Collaborate with experienced vets and support staff in a well-equipped practice
  • Pursue professional development opportunities and areas of interest

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a qualified vet
  • Small animal experience gained as a general practitioner
  • Comfortable working in a team and with sole charge
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Passion for veterinary care and continuous development
