Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? This growing small animal practice is seeking a Senior RVN to join our friendly and close-knit team. With a state-of-the-art facility, RCVS Small Animal Accreditation, and an ISFM Silver Cat-Friendly Award, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships with our loyal and ever-growing client base.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of circa £30,000 DOE, alongside an exceptional benefits package, including no OOH duties, 28 days’ holiday (rising to 33 after 2 years), paid professional memberships, CPD funding, private health insurance, and more. Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small nursing team, including 1 RVN, 2 SVNs, and 1 VCA
• Mentor and supervise SVNs (training to become a clinical coach if not already qualified)
• Assist with the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the practice
• Provide exceptional patient care and maintain high clinical standards
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent communication throughout their journey

Requirements

• Confident, empathetic, and passionate about animal welfare
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Desire to mentor and support junior staff members
• Friendly, approachable, and committed to building team culture and client trust
