Our client is an ethical, forward-thinking independent practice known for delivering exceptional patient care while prioritising sustainability and a positive team culture. They’re looking for an enthusiastic RVN to join their friendly and experienced team, following a colleague’s move into a teaching role.

The successful candidate will work closely with a supportive clinical team of three vets and five RVNs, gaining exposure to a diverse caseload, including small furries and exotics. There’s genuine scope to develop nurse-led services, pursue specific clinical interests, or undertake further qualifications with full support.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care across consultations, theatre, and inpatient support
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to uphold high clinical standards
• Lead or support nurse-led initiatives and services
• Contribute to continuous improvement and practice development
• Participate in team meetings and client communication

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with some post-qualification experience
• Confident, compassionate, and collaborative in approach
• Keen to contribute ideas and shape the future of the practice
• Interest in professional development, including coaching or certificates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Salary: £30,000–£33,000 (pro-rata for part-time)
• 6.6 weeks’ holiday (FTE), including bank holidays
