Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, tailored care to patients and their owners
- Carry out consultations, routine surgeries, and diagnostics
- Work closely with other vets, RVNs, and client care staff
- Help shape the growth and future direction of the practice
- Support and mentor colleagues where needed
Requirements
- A qualified vet (MRCVS) with a passion for high-quality patient care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Confidence in routine surgeries and consultations
- A proactive, compassionate, and approachable attitude
- An interest in leadership or partnership progression is a plus
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £45,000–£60,000 (DOE)
- 3-day working week (8:30 am – 7 pm) with a 1:4 or 2:4 Saturday morning rota
- No out-of-hours – enjoy your evenings, Sundays, and bank holidays
- 5 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays
- CPD encouraged, with certificates supported
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
