Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, tailored care to patients and their owners
• Carry out consultations, routine surgeries, and diagnostics
• Work closely with other vets, RVNs, and client care staff
• Help shape the growth and future direction of the practice
• Support and mentor colleagues where needed

Requirements

• A qualified vet (MRCVS) with a passion for high-quality patient care
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• Confidence in routine surgeries and consultations
• A proactive, compassionate, and approachable attitude
• An interest in leadership or partnership progression is a plus

Benefits

• Competitive salary of £45,000–£60,000 (DOE)
• 3-day working week (8:30 am – 7 pm) with a 1:4 or 2:4 Saturday morning rota
