You’ll work on a variety of cases across general practice and surgery, supported by a skilled team of RVNs, SVNs, and an excellent client care team. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care to small animals
• Lead and support clinical teams, including mentoring junior vets
• Participate in shaping practice policies and procedures
• Conduct consultations, routine procedures, and surgery (including dentistry and orthopaedics if interested)
• Support the practice’s community initiatives and client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with relevant experience
• Confident, compassionate, and collaborative approach
• Leadership experience or willingness to develop into a leadership role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Benefits

• Salary £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• Three-day week, flexible Saturday rota (1:4 or 2:4)
