Job Description

You’ll work on a variety of cases across general practice and surgery, supported by a skilled team of RVNs, SVNs, and an excellent client care team. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care to small animals
- Lead and support clinical teams, including mentoring junior vets
- Participate in shaping practice policies and procedures
- Conduct consultations, routine procedures, and surgery (including dentistry and orthopaedics if interested)
- Support the practice’s community initiatives and client relationships
Requirements
- Qualified veterinary surgeon with relevant experience
- Confident, compassionate, and collaborative approach
- Leadership experience or willingness to develop into a leadership role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Benefits
- Salary £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
- Three-day week, flexible Saturday rota (1:4 or 2:4)
