Our client is inviting a dedicated Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to become part of their experienced, multi-disciplinary team. You’ll work alongside Advanced Practitioners, qualified nurses, and support staff who are committed to teamwork, learning, and providing outstanding care. Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality veterinary care and client support. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent medical and surgical care for small animals

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth, consistent case management

Supporting clinical learning through case discussions and CPD sessions

Upholding the highest standards of care and animal welfare

Taking part in a shared out-of-hours rota to maintain true case continuity
This is a day role within a well-equipped small animal hospital environment, with opportunities to work across smaller branches for a varied caseload. You’ll work a four-day week with a 1 in 5 weekend rota (with a day off in lieu), and flexible or part-time options are available.
Requirements

A qualified MRCVS with some small animal experience (postgraduate experience ideal)

Salary: £35,000–£60,000 DOE

Holidays: 31 days (including bank holidays, pro rata)

CPD: £2,000–£2,500 + 5 days (pro rata) – certificates encouraged and supported
