You’ll join a small animal team of experienced clinicians, including certificate holders and supportive colleagues who are always happy to share advice, discuss cases, or lend a hand when needed.

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional medical and surgical care to small animal patients

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication

Collaborate with a supportive, multi-skilled team on a diverse caseload

Contribute to case reviews and continuous improvement through team meetings

Take part in a fair Saturday morning rota (1:3) — no OOH or on-call
What We’re Looking For

Qualified MRCVS with proven small animal experience

Confident in both consulting and surgery

A team-focused individual with excellent communication skills

Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work

Enthusiastic about professional development and lifelong learning
What’s in It for You

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)

Working pattern: Three-day week (Wednesday–Friday) plus 1:3 Saturday mornings

No OOH or on-call

31 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)
