Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and growing nursing team. You will be involved in day-to-day clinical work, assisting with patient care, supporting consultations and procedures, and contributing to ongoing improvements in clinical standards and client experience. Responsibilities
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients

Assisting with consultations, diagnostics and surgical procedures

Monitoring anaesthesia and supporting recovery

Providing compassionate in-patient care
-
Supporting and educating pet owners on treatment plans and aftercare
-
Maintaining high clinical and hygiene standards throughout the practice
-
Working collaboratively with vets and fellow nurses to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Contributing to a positive, supportive and professional team environment

Participating in rota duties, including weekends and duty nights, as required
This is a full-time role, working four days per week, including a 1:4 weekend rota and duty nights.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

RCVS registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse

Previous experience working in a veterinary practice (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, hands-on and supportive team-player attitude

The ability to thrive in a busy and varied clinical environment

A genuine passion for patient care and client service

A desire to continue learning and developing professionally
