Our Story

We’re professionals, with over 50 years of recruitment experience between the two founding partners, Craig and Lawrance.

Since we first worked together in 1997, we’ve been great friends. Both recruiters through and through, we decided to go into business together during lockdown. We knew we’d make a success of it because we know the industry so well, we’re willing to put the hours in, and we genuinely love helping people.

Because we want to support the industry, we’re doing a bucket list of challenges for Vetlife, the charity that provides emotional, financial and mental health support to the veterinary community. Last year we did the London to Brighton cycle ride, and next we’re hoping to tackle the Three Peaks Challenge.

Craig

Animals are a major part of Craig’s life. As his partner is a RVN and most of his friends are in the vet profession, he knows all the pitfalls and hears all the hardships vets and nurses go through.

He lives on Dartmoor, where he loves to go for walks with their Sprollie and Jack Russell dogs. A keen marathon runner, he takes his dogs training with him and does a lot of Canicross events – cross-country running with dogs.

Lawrance

Lawrance loves to challenge himself. After taking a PADI scuba diving course with Craig, he decided to take up cycling, doing the London to Brighton cycle ride last year. His next challenge with Craig will be to cycle 100 miles, and he’s also looking to do a parachute jump.

He enjoys swimming in the mornings before work, and often helps in the community delivering Meals on Wheels, plays tenpin bowling within league, and acts as an extra in films and TV. Look for him in The Batman & The Crown.
