  • Lead teams, ensuring high standards of care and supporting the commercial success of the practices they serve.
  • Participate in project work, trial new initiatives, and contribute to the wider vision of becoming the best pet care business.

 

Responsibilities:

The role will involve:

  • Providing clinical support across various practices within the region.
  • Acting as a role model for best practices, clinical standards, and patient care.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and contribute to the commercial success of practices.
  • Mentoring and developing teams to maintain high clinical standards.
  • Engaging in project work and innovative trials to enhance patient care.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for clinical excellence and maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • The ability to manage a wide range of medical and surgical cases in general practice.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing veterinary teams.
  • Motivation for driving change and improving clinical practices while maintaining a focus on patient care.
