As the Clinical Lead Vet, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a friendly and dedicated team during a period of growth and development. You’ll work closely with fellow vets and their experienced nurse team to inspire and guide, while contributing to the direction and success of the practice. Their purpose-built surgery ensures you’ll have access to top-notch facilities to deliver the highest standards of care. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to develop any specific interests with certification encouraged and fully funded.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional veterinary care to their patients.
  • Lead and mentor the veterinary and nurse teams.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
  • Work closely with clients to understand and address their pet’s needs.
  • Uphold the highest clinical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Experienced Small Animal Vet with a passion for GP practice.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Certification in specific interests encouraged and supported.
