This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned vet to progress into a leadership role, contributing to the growth and direction of the practice. The successful candidate will work with a team of enthusiastic vets eager to learn and develop their skills, as well as a supportive and experienced nurse team with over 50 years of combined experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the veterinary team during this exciting phase of growth.
• Maintain and enhance clinical standards within the practice.
• Engage with the local community, providing high-quality care for their pets.
• Utilise their state-of-the-art facilities to deliver exceptional veterinary care.
• Support the professional development of fellow vets and nurses.

Requirements

• Veterinary degree and qualification to practise in the UK.
• Extensive experience in general practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for providing excellent care to pets and their owners.
