Be a key player in the practice’s expansion! The redesigned facility boasts five state-of-the-art consultation rooms, two theatres, and a dedicated recovery area to ensure a calm and safe environment for all patients. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated clinical team of ten and a committed client care team, all focused on providing top-notch veterinary services. Support the management team by arranging CPD lunch and learns, creating rotas, and conducting appraisals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and guide junior nurses, fostering a supportive and cohesive team environment.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and client care team.
  • Assist in managing CPD initiatives and scheduling.
  • Participate in and support clinical coaching and training sessions.
  • Engage in Schedule 3 surgeries, complex in-patient care, nurse clinics, and emergency care.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
  • Relevant industry experience with a passion for mentorship and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
