As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work alongside a fantastic team in a well-established practice. You’ll have the chance to handle a diverse case load and collaborate with Referral Vets to gain valuable experience in orthopaedics and advanced soft tissue surgeries. Our client prioritizes career development and supports your journey through regular CPD opportunities and certificate programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding veterinary care to patients
  • Mentor junior vets and support their professional growth
  • Shape and maintain high standards within the practice
  • Work full-time, inclusive of weekends on a rotational basis

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in surgery and team leadership
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development
  • Commitment to driving the practice forward and delivering exceptional care
