Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated clinical team of 4 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 4 Vets, ensuring they reach their full clinical potential. The nurses are supported by a team of 4 Client Care Advisors, allowing them to focus on veterinary care. There are ongoing opportunities to contribute to team improvements and engage in projects that align with personal and professional interests. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is actively encouraged and supported to further your skillset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to all patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinical and client care teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and innovations within the practice.
  • Assist with surgeries, consultations, and patient recovery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Participate in a shared Saturday rota (1 in 4), with no Sunday or out-of-hours responsibilities.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in veterinary nursing.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • An effective team player with a commitment to animal welfare.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
