Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nurse clinics, performing Schedule 3 procedures.
- Collaborate with a skilled reception team to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Engage in clinical coaching and mentoring of student nurses.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with a strong focus on animal welfare.
- Participate in a rotating schedule (1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays or OOHs).
Requirements
- Qualified RVN with a genuine passion for animal care and welfare.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in veterinary nursing with a desire to expand clinical knowledge.
- Willingness to learn or experience in clinical coaching is advantageous.
