Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nurse clinics, performing Schedule 3 procedures.
• Collaborate with a skilled reception team to ensure smooth client journeys.
• Engage in clinical coaching and mentoring of student nurses.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care with a strong focus on animal welfare.
• Participate in a rotating schedule (1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays or OOHs).

Requirements

• Qualified RVN with a genuine passion for animal care and welfare.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in veterinary nursing with a desire to expand clinical knowledge.
• Willingness to learn or experience in clinical coaching is advantageous.
