Would you love the chance to contribute your ideas and be actively involved in the development of a brand-new, independent specialist referral centre? Then this exciting opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.

Our client is opening a new independent specialist referral centre in South West London, focused on providing high-quality ophthalmology services. • Supporting the smooth daily running of the clinic
  • Upholding high clinical standards
  • Assisting in the implementation of new protocols and systems
  • Participating in training and CPD opportunities to further develop skills
Requirements
  • RVN qualification and registration with the RCVS
  • Previous experience in referral practice is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach
  • Willingness to help shape a new practice and contribute ideas

Benefits

Our client offers a comprehensive package to support and reward their team, including:

  • Competitive salary starting from £35,000 (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Additional 5 days annual leave with length of service
  • Extra day off for your birthday
  • Generous CPD allowance, with certificate support
  • Bupa private medical insurance
  • Monthly pet insurance contribution
  • SMART pension
  • Electric car scheme
  • Employee discount
  • Wellbeing and mental health support

Our client fosters a truly inclusive and collaborative culture, where ideas are encouraged, and growth is supported. With a core set of values focused on communication, accountability, excellence, and compassion, they aim to provide both patients and team members with the highest standards of care and respect.

Their new location is within easy reach of central London and offers a great mix of green spaces and urban convenience. It’s ideal for those looking for both professional development and a great quality of life.
