Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their experienced and enthusiastic team. You’ll work alongside skilled vets, nurses, and support staff who value collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to use your full nursing skill set, shape your duties around your interests, and receive full support to pursue further qualifications or certificates. You’ll also contribute to mentoring student nurses and helping the next generation grow in a positive, hands-on learning environment.
Responsibilities
As a valued member of the nursing team, you will:

Deliver exceptional inpatient, theatre, and clinical care

Support consultations, diagnostics, and anaesthesia monitoring

Run nurse clinics and provide client education

Assist with training and mentoring student nurses

Participate in the on-call rota and occasional weekend cover

Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance patient care
This is a day role working across multiple modern branches with a four-day week (shifts between 8:30–17:30 or 9:00–18:00), 1 in 6 Saturday mornings, and 1 in 6 out-of-hours duties supporting the duty vet. Mileage is paid for out-of-hours travel, and you’ll receive Friday afternoon off following a weekend on call. The out-of-hours commitment is expected to reduce further in 2026, offering even greater work–life balance.
Requirements

Salary: from £30,000 DOE
