As a Wellness Adviser, you will play a key role in shaping holistic wellness journeys for dogs, from puppyhood through to their senior years. You will collaborate within a talented, multidisciplinary team that includes Veterinary Physiotherapists, Hydrotherapists, Groomers, Veterinary Behaviourists and Pain Management Clinicians to design and deliver tailored wellness programmes. Key Responsibilities

Wellness Services:

  • Deliver comprehensive wellness assessments in partnership with Veterinary Physiotherapists.

  • Provide tailored weight management and nutritional guidance.

  • Lead and support puppy and dog training classes.

Clinical Excellence:

  • Oversee engaging, personalised pet wellness journeys.

  • Conduct thorough nose-to-tail health checks.

  • Identify behavioural and emotional health needs.

  • Develop and implement agility and activity programmes.

  • Educate owners with clear, practical advice for ongoing care.

  • Manage documentation and follow-up appointments with attention to detail.

  • Ensure pets are supervised in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

  • Contribute to in-house learning and CPD activities for colleagues.

  • Maintain your own CPD in line with RCVS requirements and business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with active RCVS registration.

  • Three to five years of experience in veterinary nursing.
