Job Description

Our client operates a well-equipped surgery located near a great selection of local amenities and beautiful coastlines. They are currently advertising for a part-time or fixed-term Veterinary Nurse role, working 28 hours per week.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated veterinary nurse to join a supportive team. The successful candidate will work alongside a full-time vet, two nurses, and three client care advisors. The candidate will contribute to the high standards of care and customer service that the practice is known for.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality veterinary nursing care.

  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Use a systematic approach when making decisions.
  • Plan and organise tasks to carry out the role efficiently.

 

Requirements

  • Good experience in veterinary nursing.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Effective team player.
  • Ability to make systematic decisions.
  • Friendly, down-to-earth attitude with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
  • Ability to adapt to the variety provided by clients and colleagues.
