Job Description

Join a dedicated veterinary team in a well-equipped surgery located near beautiful coastlines and scenic landscapes. They are looking to fill a part-time or fixed-term Veterinary Nursing role, working 28 hours per week, within their supportive and dynamic practice.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a full-time vet, 2 nurses, and 3 client care advisors. You will be involved in diverse and rewarding projects, contributing to high-quality animal care and enhancing the clients’ experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch veterinary nursing care to the patients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication with clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilise systematic decision-making to address various clinical situations.
  • Plan and organise daily tasks to carry out the role efficiently.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in veterinary nursing.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Organised and systematic approach to decision-making.
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a friendly and down-to-earth manner.
