Are you a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to shine? Look no further! Our client is thrilled to announce a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for maternity cover at their small animal practice. Located within a bustling retail park, the practice offers a fantastic work environment with easy access and ample onsite parking.

The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team of 3 vets, 4 nurses, 2 VCAs, and an exceptional client care team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, utilising state-of-the-art equipment such as digital X-ray, Doppler blood pressure monitoring, capnography, ECG, ultrasound, and an incubator.

Responsibilities:

• Admit patients and provide high-quality nursing care.
• Monitor anaesthetics, recover, and discharge patients.
• Assist in theatre and patient prep areas with the support of VCAs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
• Contribute to the smooth operations of the practice.

Requirements:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with general nursing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cheerful, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Genuine passion for animal welfare.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
