Job Description
Job Description:
Our Client is currently hiring for a full-time Small Animal Vet position in Leeds, with part-time applicants also welcome. Feline enthusiasts are preferred for this role.
About Their Practice:
This opportunity is with an established small animal clinic that is seeking an additional vet due to the growth of their practice. This clinic sees a higher percentage of feline visitors compared to the average, with approximately 75% of their patients being cats. Therefore, someone with a strong interest in feline care would be in their element. The clinic has also commenced ISFM accreditation.
The Role:
This role offers significant flexibility, allowing vets to choose longer days, have a fixed weekday off, no out-of-hours shifts, and minimal Saturday work on rotation.
The team at this clinic is known for being fun and light-hearted, with a strong emphasis on the mental wellness of their staff. To support this, the diary has been structured to prioritize time for vets to work up cases and catch up on regular admin tasks throughout the day and at the end of the day.
The clinic’s manager and lead vet are dedicated to implementing plans that minimize workload and caseload stress.
About You:
This position would suit a vet who is comfortable with sole charge responsibilities when required, but also enjoys the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Why Join Them?
This is a complete package, offering a salary of up to £65k for a vet looking to join this inclusive and supportive team.
The clinic is conveniently located outside the city centre, providing free parking and easy accessibility.
So, if you have an ambition to be part of the future, please apply.
