Your Opportunity
As they focus fully on small animals from July 2025, they are expanding their friendly team of vets. You’ll work alongside experienced, down-to-earth professionals who value collaboration and support. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care across consulting and surgical duties
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop treatment plans and improve clinical outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Participate in branch clinics, offering continuity of care for your patients
- Embrace a positive, proactive approach to everyday challenges and learning opportunities
What They’re Looking For
- Vet with some post-graduation experience, VetGDP completed preferred but enthusiasm and attitude matter most
- A genuine love for small animal medicine and team-based working
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Friendly, approachable, and caring with both clients and colleagues
What They Offer
- Competitive salary £40,000 to £65,000 based on experience
- 5.6 weeks’ holiday including bank holidays plus time off in lieu
- Generous CPD support with no fixed budget limits
- Paid professional fees, RCVS, VDS, and one subscription included
- Monthly car cost contribution and winter tyre allowance
- Private health insurance, pension scheme, and visa sponsorship available
- Friendly rota, 4-day week, 1:4 Saturday mornings only, no on-call, no Sundays or out-of-hours
