Veterinary Surgeon – Join a Supportive Independent Practice

Our client is a welcoming, family-run independent small animal practice with a strong reputation for excellent patient care and a friendly, supportive working environment. As the practice continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients and provide an excellent client experience
• Carry out consultations and surgical procedures with clinical freedom
• Collaborate with a friendly and experienced team of vets, nurses, and support staff
• Enjoy a balanced rota with dedicated consultation/surgery days
• Take ownership of cases, ensuring continuity and follow-through

Requirements

They are looking for someone who:

• Has post-graduate experience in small animal practice
• Is confident with routine consultations and surgeries
• Possesses strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Brings enthusiasm and commitment to patient and client care
• Has a genuine desire to learn and progress, with potential to work towards certificates
