Job Description

About the Role
They’re looking for an experienced, confident, and compassionate GP vet to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will enjoy clinical autonomy, support from skilled colleagues, and access to shared resources within a wider veterinary network. Career development is actively encouraged—whether pursuing a certificate or refining a special interest.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care and clear client communication
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent continuity of care
- Work a flexible rota—either 4 full days or 5 shorter days, plus only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am–1pm)
- Benefit from a true work-life balance with no out-of-hours; OOH is handled by trusted partner practices
Requirements
- MRCVS-qualified, with experience in small animal practice
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to building lasting relationships and developing clinically
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively
