  • Participate in mentoring, clinical discussions, and professional development opportunities.

  • Contribute to maintaining the clinic’s high standards, including RCVS accreditation and ISFM Cat Friendly practices.

  • Embrace the ethos of trust, respect, and genuine care in all interactions.

Requirements
They are seeking someone who has:

  • Experience in small animal practice, with additional interests in feline medicine, imaging, cardiology, or exotic pets considered a bonus.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Compassion, resilience, and enthusiasm for delivering excellent client and patient care.

  • A willingness to contribute to the positive culture and community spirit of the practice.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range £48,000–£70,000 (pro-rata for part-time).

  • Five weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off.

  • Protected admin time and uninterrupted lunch breaks.

  • One in four Saturday mornings only; no Sundays, bank holidays, or out-of-hours shifts.

  • Generous, uncapped CPD allowance and paid professional fees (RCVS & VDS).

  • Parking permit and pet insurance for your pets.

  • Staff discount scheme and workplace pension.

  • Free fresh fruit, locally sourced coffee, and a truly supportive, award-winning team.

  • Opportunities to grow in a fun, ethical practice committed to sustainability and community engagement.
