Job Description

They are open to full-time and part-time applicants, working a minimum of 30 hours per week up to full-time 40 hours. Opening hours are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm during the week and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on Saturdays. They are very flexible with their rota and happy to accommodate hours that would work for you and your family; this would include 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00 am – 6:00 pm); closed Sundays.

You, as a Veterinary Nurse, will be working closely with the clinical team of 4 Vets and 3 RVNs and a fantastic reception team to deliver the best levels of patient and customer care.

About you: 

They ideally are looking for candidates who are passionate and share enthusiasm for clinics, surgical nursing, and inpatient care. Liking people is as important as liking animals for them, and you, as a Veterinary Nurse, should have genuine care for animal welfare. They’re looking for Veterinary Nurses who are naturally empathetic, happy to meet and greet clients, be sensitive to their needs, and build rapport easily. You, as a Veterinary Nurse, would need to be proactive with well-rounded skills to include (but not limited to), patient care, triaging and emergency care, anaesthesia, and consultations.
