Job Description

Join a vibrant small animal practice for an exciting opportunity as a Veterinary Nurse (RVN). The practice boasts modern facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory, and offers a supportive environment for continuous learning and development. Conveniently located with excellent transport links to central London and free on-site parking, they’re seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team of 6 vets, 12 nurses, 3-night vets, and 6 receptionists. They’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of interests within the team, from medicine to soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, and benefit from a generous CPD allowance. Whether working full-time or part-time, they’ll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule, with 1 in 4 weekends off.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent general nursing care to small animals.
  • Collaborate effectively with veterinary colleagues and support staff.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and as a Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
  • Confident and competent in all aspects of general nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Willingness to contribute to continuous learning and development.
