Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
  • Offer excellent care and clear communication to clients about their pets’ conditions.
  • Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Develop accurate treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates for each patient.
  • Mentor and support the team, enhancing their skills and professional development.
  • Complete clinical handovers and manage the transfer of patients requiring out-of-hours or specialised care.
  • Share clinical best practices within the practice and across the broader veterinary community.

 

Requirements

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality care to patients and clients.
  • Strong team player with excellent clinical leadership skills.
  • Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
  • Skilled in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, understanding their impact on clinic performance.
  • Proficient in using coaching and influencing skills to optimise team performance.
