Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
• Provide outstanding client care by giving clear updates on patient status.
• Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
• Prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient, including clear cost estimates.
• Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills and ensuring effective utilisation.
• Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for any patient requiring out-of-hours or enhanced care.
• Proactively support and share clinical best practices within and across practices.

Requirements

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership skills.
• Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture.
• Familiarity with supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how these contribute to clinic performance and efficiency.
• Skilled in coaching and influencing to get the best out of colleagues.
