Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding client care, including clear updates on patient progress.
  • Maintain professional excellence, adhering to the highest regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
  • Prepare accurate and tailored treatment and care plans, including cost estimates.
  • Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and effectiveness.
  • Complete clinical handovers and arrange patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care when necessary.
  • Proactively support and share clinical best practices within and across practices and the wider community.

 

Requirements

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
  • Effective team player with strong clinical leadership skills.
  • Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
  • Skilled in supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures, with an understanding of how these contribute to clinic performance.
  • Proficient in using coaching and influencing skills to optimise colleague performance.
