Job Description

Join a progressive practice as they seek a dedicated veterinary surgeon to support their growing team. As an ISFM Silver award cat-friendly practice with RCVS Small Animal Accreditation, they have access to the latest technology and facilities, providing exceptional care to their loyal client base.

The successful candidate will work alongside a fabulous team of three veterinary surgeons, two RVNs, two SVNs, and a full reception team. They will contribute to a varied caseload, participating in both surgical and medical cases while furthering their professional development within a supportive environment.

 

Responsibilities

As a veterinary surgeon, the responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality surgical and medical care to patients
  • Supporting a diverse caseload and providing occasional sole charge
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent client service
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to practice development

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid general practice experience and confidence in occasional sole charge
  • A degree in veterinary medicine or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional care and a commitment to ongoing learning
