Job Description

A leading pet care provider is opening a state-of-the-art, purpose-built veterinary surgery and is seeking a passionate Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. This exciting opportunity allows candidates to join the team from the start and contribute to the mission of providing the highest standard of pet care in a brand-new facility.

As part of this new practice, the successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Owner and a dedicated nursing team, receiving full support from the experienced practice management team. They will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the clinic, enhance their clinical skills, and work towards providing top-tier care for the local community’s pets. Ongoing professional development and CPD will be actively supported.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality small animal care and treatment
  • Collaborate with the nursing and support team to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Handle sole charge responsibilities when required
  • Support the vision of providing gold-standard veterinary care to the local community
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest veterinary practices

 

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Veterinary Medicine
  • Experience in small animal care and treatment
  • Confidence in working sole charge when needed
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering excellent care
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (relocation and sponsorship packages are available)
