With a supportive Practice Manager championing well-being and team success, they will play a key role in shaping the future of this expanding practice.

Responsibilities

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine surgeries and consultations with confidence and care.
• Developing a specialised caseload, supported by funding for additional certifications.
• Providing guidance and training to the Nurse team to enhance their development.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional client and patient care.
• Participating in a balanced rota, with 35-hour weeks, no out-of-hours requirements, and only occasional Saturdays (1:3, with time off in lieu).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates will need:

• At least three years of experience as a Veterinary Surgeon.
• Confidence in all routine surgeries and consultations.
• A passion for providing the best possible care for pets and their owners.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
