The successful candidate will join a well-organised, popular first opinion practice with a large following and a varied and interesting caseload. You will work alongside an experienced and well-established team to provide the best standards of care for the local community and their pets. The practice values friendly, loyal clients and boasts one of the highest client retention rates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and provide high standards of patient care
  • Perform surgical procedures and assist in surgeries
  • Support the veterinary team in delivering excellent client services
  • Participate in daily schedules, including guaranteed lunch breaks and time for catching up, calls, and emergencies
  • Work within a 1 in 4 weekend rota, Saturday only from 9 am to 12 noon, with sole charge alongside 2 RVNs and 2 receptionists

Requirements

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience in a first opinion practice
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient and client care
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours
  • No out-of-hours work required
